Cena says the past is long gone but we’re  here over at road to WrestleMania

Tonight, he’s out here to face the truth, and the truth is he is going to win the Elimination Chamber match. Whatsoever he say over here, but the truth is, if he doesn’t win, he’s not sure he would have a road to WrestleMania.

He has survived the most Difficult matches in WWE history ,faced the most unbeatable champion’s in WWE history. But whether you’re with him or not, you know he loves making the impossible absolutely possible. He will win the Elimination Chamber match and he WILL go on to beat Brock Lesnar in the main event of WrestleMania and make history.

Here Enters the Miz. Miz is being sort of funny, saying this isn’t 2013, this is 2018, the year of the Miz. Maybe Cena’s  is living in his Fantasy world and reminds him that this is not Hollywood, he thinks he’s gonna beat Brock when he’s the founding father of Suplex City? Miz says he’s gonna main event WrestleMania and get his Intercontinental Championship.

John points out a dude in the front row laughing at the idea and says literally Miz has no chance against Brock unless he misses his flight, gets food poisoning, what have you. If he actually wrestles Brock, it’ll be his last match.

Commentary hypes up tonight’s Bayley vs. Sasha Banks and four-way Elimination Chamber qualifying match.

Matt Hardy appears and begins talking about how he has a second chance to fulfill his destiny. Standing in his way are three vessels, unaware that their second chance is already OVAH, for he has consulted the seven deities, and they’ve blessed him with the strength, power, and dexterity to render them all OBSOLETE! He declares his intent to turn the Elimination Chamber into the DELETION CHAMBER and leads a rousing chorus of “DELETE!”s to send us to break.

Back from commercial, Balor Club cut a promo. Luke Gallows says they’re pushing the Nerd-o-Meter to its limits and last week Karl Anderson and Finn Balor shut them up, and this week it’s his turn. Karl Anderson says being able to name every tag team every doesn’t do anything but make them nerds.

Balor Club make their entrance and the Revival blindside them! They take Gallows’ knee out and he struggles to get to his feet but they’re not forfeiting the match!

Balor Club (Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows) vs. the Revival (Dash Wilder & Scott Dawson)

The Revival win by pinfall with Shatter Machine on Karl Anderson.

Commentary recaps the events in the tag title scene last week.

We cut to Kurt Angle walking backstage and are informed he has breaking news… after the break.

Back from commercial, Kurt Angle is in the ring.

He says he’s here with mixed emotions. In two weeks at the Elimination Chamber, Ronda Rousey will sign her WWE contract. But Monday after Raw went off the air, he and his biological son Jason Jordan went to a local medical facility where they found out Jason would need neck surgery and he’ll be missing WrestleMania. Every week he comes out here calm, cool, and collected with a smile on his face but he can’t do it anymore.

Tonight he’s talking to us as a father, and if any of you feel joy at a superstar getting injured and missing WrestleMania, we should be ashamed of ourselves, and all he wants is for us to wish Jordan well.

Enter Seth Rollins. He says he’s sorry about Jason, honestly. He was pretty hard on him last week, but he’s a good kid in a tough spot and he should know, he’s been there. A few years ago he was WWE Champion, and he won the title just a few miles up the street from here. Cashed in his Money in the Bank contract, beat Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar, and shocked the world.

Seth tells him thanks, but no thanks, when Angle came to Raw as GM he said he wanted Rollins to be a big piece of Raw but right now, he doesn’t want to be a part of Raw.  He wants Brock Lesnar, he wants the Universal Championship, and he wants it at WrestleMania. He wants to BE Monday Night Raw, he wants to turn the place into Monday Night Rollins, to be the man one more time.

The only way he can do that is if he wins the Elimination Chamber match. Angle says he appreciates the enthusiasm but he can’t just cancel tonight’s qualifier to give him a shot.  Kurt says that wouldn’t be fair to the other four guys, and Seth says that’s not what he’s trying to do but his fate is in Angle’s hands.Rollins says he doesn’t want anything cancelled, he wants the four-way to be turned into a five-way with him in!

Kurt says honestly it’s not up to either of them, it’s up to the fans, and he polls the crowd as to whether or not Seth should be allowed into the match. Shock, the crowd wants Rollins in, and Angle makes it official.

Bray Wyatt appears in the dark room, talking about how Rollins doesn’t deserve a second chance and neither do Finn Balor, Apollo Crews, nor Matt Hardy. Hardy attacks him from behind and he has the nerve to call Wyatt vile?

He’ll feast on their remains, win the Elimination Chamber match for the second year in a row and slay the beast, and then, once again, he’ll have the whole world in his hands.

Bayley vs. Sasha Banks

Bayley runs up the ropes and hits Banks with a super Bayley to Belly suplex for the pin and the win. The crowd popped big for her win, which is expected since they are in her hometown.
